Shipping & Delivery Information

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice (including email) within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within the 7 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 30 days.

If the item has already been despatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in original packaging and suitable for re-sale . You have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take care of the goods. If the packaging is damaged there will be a £10.00 surcharge. Any product that is returned will be subject to a £15.00 re-stocking fee. All Postal charges are non refundable.

If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item. For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Please note any orders for the USA must be placed through our American site www.mozitrapusa.com to allow for the extra cost involved in exporting the units.
